Usable... on android 11 the app does not handle change done on fingerprints on the phone it does not even give the possibility to use the pin, remove and re add the profile is necessary
This app was better before my account is locked. I'm not able to use my card to login and I'm not able to use my money any more. Neither I got a new card. This is a worst experience as a customer.
the copy on the start screen when there is an update should be clear
The app just keeps refusing my log in. Anytime I want to log in, always needs to do it at least 4 times til it can really log in. And there are also problems with scanning and related service that can be done before log in
When I pay online and scan a QR-code I want to see my banknr not my cardnr !!
I like the new layout, very clear. Nevertheless there are other banking apps with already much more features. Good app but can still be better.
Concept is nice. But within a month (a bit more may be) I got twice a problem that app starts refusing finderprint(and then the app code as well) claiming "code is wrong".
Has all the basic features you'd expect it to have. I'd love to see more self-service introduced. (opening new checking accounts, savings account, etc...)
